Any claim or dispute between you and Ally@Home that arises in whole or in part from the Ally@Home Web site shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Haven County, Connecticut. The Web site is controlled and offered by Ally@Home from its facilities in the United States of America. Ally@Home makes no representations that the Ally@Home Web site is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
• We welcome your comments and suggestions regarding the Site and Materials. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") provided by you to Ally@Home shall be and remain the exclusive property of Ally@Home. • Copyright Infringement Claims: Please contact Ally@Home if you believe that your work has been copied. Ally@Home will take appropriate actions that are required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 (c) (2). All notifications must be written and include the following:
