- Membership applies the household single person ("Individual" Membership Type) or couple ("Joint" Membership Type) AND one selected spokesperson (usually an adult child). See the Become a Member page on this website for more information about Membership Types.
- One-year membership -- Your membership is for one full year.
- Call us as often as you need - As a Member or a Member's spokesperson, you may contact Ally@Home whenever and as often as you need during our office hours -12noon through 6pm (Eastern time) on Monday through Saturday.
- We'll get you the service you need -- Per your request find a service provider for your needs, Ally@Home will phone you back within 72 hours provide you with the contact information for the one or more suitable service providers from our database of pre-screened service providers.
- Discounted service pricing -- Many of the service providers in our network provide discounted pricing for Ally@Home members.
- Service scheduling assistance -- Should you request, Ally@Home will participate in a 3-way call with you and the service provider help you schedule your service appointment. Ally@Home will not contact the service provider without your presence on the phone call.
- Ally@Home is your Advocate -- Ally@Home will contact you after you have received service from the service provider. Though we cannot guarantee your satisfaction with the service provider, our pre-screening process seeks supply you only with the most trusted and skilled service providers. We want hear from you about whether you have been treated fairly by the service provider.
- Ally@Home cannot initiate a phone call phone number located outside of the United States.
